They are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the design for new launches, campaigns, and brand assets, ensuring that their brand identity is cohesive and impactful across all channels.

Responsibilities

Drive creative direction for launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives
Design assets across digital, print, event, and social channels (think: website visuals, ads, product graphics, and campaign collateral)
Elevate and evolve Aikido’s brand identity (yes, a big rebrand is in order), ensuring everything we ship looks cohesive, sharp, and no-BS
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and partnerships on visual storytelling and go-to-market materials
Manage design projects end-to-end: from concept and briefing to delivery, feedback, and iteration
Help define and maintain scalable design systems and visual standards as we grow globally

Qualification

Graphic DesignFigmaBrand IdentityDigital DesignCollaboration

Required

5+ years of design experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, or developer-focused brands
Strong portfolio showing brand, campaign, and digital design work (not just web)
Experience creating high-quality static content for multiple platforms
Fluent in Figma, it's your go-to
Ability to work fast, stay organized, and ship polished work with minimal fluff
Collaborative mindset, able to lead, give direction, and manage externals, agencies, and junior designers

Preferred

Experience designing for developers
Familiarity with the rebrand process, product design intuition
