Responsibilities
Oversee the design, specification, and selection of automated equipment systems in alignment with project objectives and industry standards
Act as system Subject Matter Expert (SME) during design reviews, commissioning, qualification, and validation activities
Lead process improvement initiatives and implement change controls to enhance equipment systems and manufacturing processes
Manage key equipment development deliverables, including URS, FRS, and technology transfer documentation
Develop, review, and maintain critical documentation such as protocols, reports, and SOPs to ensure regulatory compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully execute equipment development and manufacturing projects
Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support for rapid development cycles and manufacturing sustainability
Execute project activities on time and within budget; proactively communicate risks, delays, and issues to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with regulatory, corporate, and quality system requirements, including deviation management, CAPA, and change control activities
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
Strong experience with automation of machinery and manufacturing processes
Hands-on experience supporting equipment commissioning, qualification, and validation
Proven ability to manage documentation, change controls, and cross-functional collaboration
Preferred
Working knowledge of regulated environments (GxP preferred)
