Associate Principal Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

Stay up-to-date with product innovations and industry trends
Conduct competitive analysis and feedback for product development
Collaborate with design teams on prototypes and POCs
Understand and communicate API and data integration requirements
Write Statements of Work (SOWs) and proposals to support solution implementation and customer engagement
This role requires 25-50% travel

Required

8+ years in Solutions Architecture, Pre-sales, or Lead Product Management
Strong background in ERP or SaaS solutions for Supply Chain, Inventory, or Logistics
Experience engaging with mid-market to enterprise car dealerships
Pre-sales & Demo Experience: Ability to present solutions and conduct compelling demos
Negotiation & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to drive alignment across OEMs and dealerships
Project Management & Execution: Hands-on experience in defining and driving execution strategies
OEM & Dealer Integrations: Experience with dealership software and third-party integrations
Automotive Fixed Operations Knowledge: Understanding of parts logistics, inventory, and supply chain challenges
This role requires 25-50% travel

Preferred

Familiarity with dealership operations (not mandatory)
Experience with OEM websites (Tier 1 - Tier 3) and integrations
Understanding of Digital Retail, Online Chat, F&I, Desking, CRM
