New Grad, Entry LevelDental Care Alliance is looking for a Patient Service Representative to join their clinical team in The Woodlands, Texas. The role focuses on providing high levels of patient care and satisfaction, managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and supporting the dental staff in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities
Customer Service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal
Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to DCA Policies
Answering Telephones
Scheduling Appointments
Maintaining Appointment Book
Confirming Appointments
Follow up on no shows/cancellation of Appointments
Register Patients on sign in sheet
Post charges and payments to patient accounts
Checking voicemail on a daily basis
Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients
Qualification
Required
Experience working in a dental, medical, or other health-care office, required
Must have exceptional customer service skills
Experience answering telephone
Preferred
Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO), is a plus
