Responsibilities
Act as the program lead for the learning experience platform (LXP), responsible for designing both the overall architecture and the user experience of the virtual L&D platform partnering across Corporate functions
Manage enterprise compliance and mandatory training with respective program owners and the LMS Administrator by leveraging audience segmentation and stakeholder input
Collaborate with IT, Legal, HR, and other teams to create, review, and deliver training solutions
Partner with Communications to organize annual or quarterly training schedules and updates, sharing information via email, intranet, and HRIS systems
Collaborate with business and HR leaders to conduct learning needs assessments and identify skill gaps across the enterprise
Track learner behavior and performance trends to support data-driven decision-making, define business requirements, and establish learning objectives that address organizational needs
Serve as program manager for the strategic design and implementation of leadership development initiatives tailored for frontline employees, emerging leaders, mid-level and senior executives, as well as enterprise-wide training for high-potential leadership talent
Direct a comprehensive range of learning modalities, including e-learning, blended courses, and technical skills development, utilizing adaptive platforms, subject matter experts, and integrated real-time feedback mechanisms
Curate and recommend digital resources and tools, and design new programs in alignment with organizational needs
Act as the principal point of contact for enterprise learning inquiries
Track program progress, identify and address gaps, and keep stakeholders informed with regular updates
Maintain adherence to instructional design standards while collaborating with vendors and internal partners to fulfil organizational objectives
Manage the accessibility and quality of learning courses, media, and platforms, ensuring coordination with IT, Communications, and HR departments
Deliver learning content using skilled facilitation methods as needed
Provide executive and leadership development coaching for top leaders in the organization
Manage third-party facilitators and executive coaches, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and experience relevant to the specific topic and audience
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of training programs
Use data to demonstrate the value of L&D initiatives to executive stakeholders
Create and share monthly or quarterly dashboards using LMS data to illustrate the impact of learning on employee growth, development, bench strength, and engagement
Select, implement, and manage learning technologies and improvements to the Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Evaluate AI-powered tools and vendors to ensure alignment with organizational technology needs and cost effectiveness
Provide guidance and mentorship to learning and HR professionals across the organization
Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continued learning
Set the strategic direction for L&D and proactively incorporate new training methods and technologies
Develop and implement a learning and development strategy that integrates AI, machine learning, and generative AI into learning programs and workflows
Develop comprehensive AI readiness programs for employees at all levels to ensure they understand AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations in daily work
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Talent Management or a related field required; master's degree preferred
12+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or a related field, with proven success in building and launching learning programs in technology-forward settings
Excellent project and program management skills, with experience supporting large-scale projects and change management initiatives; certifications in change management and project management are highly desired
Proficiency in using HRIS platforms required; experience with Workday is highly desired
Strong familiarity with LMS platforms, digital content curation, and virtual learning environments. Experience in LXP design and implementation highly desired
Demonstrated experience deploying training content and tracking effectiveness in L&D/LMS platforms
Experience designing and implementing Leadership Development programs. Certifications in 360 assessments, executive coaching, and leadership development facilitation are highly desired
Basic knowledge of legal requirements and regulations impacting HR to ensure continuous compliance in policies, procedures, and reporting
Previous people leadership experience and management of annual HR processes such as performance reviews, development planning, and goal setting are desired
Proficiency with Microsoft Office365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills, with a professional presence to communicate at all levels of the organization
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management, critical thinking, and decision-making skills with a bias toward action
Ability to navigate ambiguity and create effective solutions in uncertain situations
Committed to acting with integrity and engaging in ethical conduct at all times, creating trusted relationships throughout the organization and with external partners
General understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and generative AI concepts, with experience applying these technologies to learning solutions
Willingness to travel within the U.S. up to 30% of the time
