State Crisis Intervention Program Specialist (Program Analyst 2)
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is looking for a State Crisis Intervention Program Specialist to enhance crisis response within law enforcement and the criminal justice system. This role involves providing professional support and analysis for programs focused on behavioral health and managing funding announcements related to these initiatives.

Responsibilities
Providing professional support and analysis for programs aimed at behavioral and mental health, crisis response, substance use, and co-occurring disorders
Leading the preparation, dissemination, and management of funding announcements related to these critical issues, particularly those initiatives funded by federal State Crisis Intervention Program (SCIP) dollars
Qualification
Required
One year as a Program Analyst 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
Two years of analytical experience, one of which includes professional experience in program evaluation and the development of program recommendations, and a bachelor's degree; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
You must pass a background investigation
