Responsibilities
Provide daily project status and update weekly engineering schedule with Engineering Manager
Manage design activities and provide guidance as necessary
Provide technical and management support to Engineering, Production, and Sales teams
Participate in weekly client and internal meetings
Implement and enforce operational procedures necessary to improve efficiency
Monitor project costs and performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in Engineering
Focus on process background
15+ years of relevant work experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Strong project management experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage direct reports
Ability to adhere to safety protocols and perform tasks in a safe and efficient manner
