Responsibilities
Travel to customer locations in a mobile service unit
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance (oil changes, brakes, batteries, etc.)
Communicate directly with customers
Keep accurate service records and manage your mobile inventory
Represent Long-Lewis with professionalism and pride
Qualification
Required
1+ year experience in a dealer or high-volume repair shop
Valid driver's license + clean driving record
Solid diagnostic and repair skills across multiple makes
Customer-first attitude and strong communication
High school diploma or GED
Preferred
ASE Certifications (Ford/Lincoln FSA = big plus!)
Post-secondary auto training
A track record of reliable, high-quality workmanship
