Responsibilities
Create and implement effective marketing strategies that meet client needs
Manage retention marketing programs for multiple brands, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
Demonstrate a deep understanding of client business needs and translate them into marketing strategies
Analyze and track data to maximize the performance of email and other retention marketing campaigns
Communicate marketing insights and reports on performance, and plan for further development
Ensure the Activations team has clear instructions and is aligned with the overall strategy
Successfully upsell and cross-sell services, increasing revenue and client engagement
Provide valuable industry insights to the marketing team to enhance the company’s reputation as an industry leader
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
5-9 years of experience in digital marketing, client strategy, or account management, preferably in an agency or eCommerce environment
Candidates must have prior experience working with subscription-based businesses
Strong understanding of retention marketing, including email, SMS, and CRM strategies
Proven ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance
Proven experience in people management and leadership, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop team members
Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting
Experience in upselling and cross-selling services to drive revenue growth
