They are seeking an Automotive Finance Assistant to support the Finance & Insurance department by processing vehicle finance transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with dealership and lender requirements.

Responsibilities

Support Business Managers with the preparation and processing of vehicle finance and lease documents
Review deals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Nucar and lender standards
Submit completed deals to lenders and follow up on funding status
Verify customer information, credit applications, and required documentation
Maintain organized deal jackets and digital records
Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, and Title/Registration teams
Assist customers during the financing process with professionalism and care
Ensure confidential customer information is handled securely and ethically

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and dealership management systems
Willingness to learn automotive finance processes and compliance standards

Preferred

Prior automotive dealership, finance, or administrative experience preferred
Dependable and detail-oriented professional
Strong work ethic with a positive, team-first attitude
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience
