Responsibilities

Assist Branch Manager in the distribution of gas cylinders products
Assist with driver paperwork. Review to help ensure delivery accuracy and help resolve any issues related to any discrepancies and cylinder gas tracking
Maintain stock of all office essentials and pre-printed paperwork books for Production and Distribution Teams
Selecting daily order tickets and verification in Trackabout
Daily cash reconciliation
Answer incoming phone calls for the branch
Other duties as assigned
