Call Center experience in NICE InContact with Studio Scripting (Omni-channel scripting)
Subject Matter Expert on NICE Personal Contact Dialer, NICE IEX, NICE Quality Management, and LiveVox dialer Smart Reach with scripting
Strong knowledge of API Gateway, Elastic Stack (ELK), and Snowflake integration
Solid understanding of AWS Kafka
Proficient in Salesforce call center components including SSO configuration, SailPoint profiling, Omnichannel call center setup, SF managed packages, and Softphone integration with NICE LiveVox switches
