Marketing Audience Specialist
eTeam is looking for a Marketing Audience Specialist to support their marketing efforts. The role involves developing expertise in Adobe Real-Time Content Data Platform, managing audience segments, and delivering insights through audience reports.

Responsibilities
Learn and develop expertise in Adobe Real-Time Content Data Platform (RTCDP), including data schemas, source integrations, identity resolution, and audience activation workflows across channels
Support stakeholders in building and managing audience segments within RTCDP— leveraging firmographic, demographic, behavioral, and transactional data to drive targeted engagement strategies
Support establishing accurate, consistent audience segmentation across platforms and marketing channels
Collaborate with data analysts to investigate data issues and validate audience quality and integrity
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm new segmentation capabilities meet business and operational requirements
Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation (e.g., process flows, user guides, FAQs)
Train and support marketing users on AEP audience functionality—enabling adoption and leading practices
Deliver insights through audience reports that highlight contact coverage, audience sizing, quality, and engagement trends—informing go-to-market strategies
Qualification
