Qualification
Required
License and expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate practices

Proficiency in Customer Service with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Real Property transactions, including property management and legal compliance
Experience in strategic property acquisitions and handling high-value real estate assets
Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
Valid real estate broker's license in the state of California (mandatory)
