Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic goals for the mobisode series to align with company objectives

Guide and support team members for their professional growth and development
Implement processes and standards to maintain the quality and consistency of mobisode content

Incorporate new ideas and innovations to ensure competitiveness
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for audience engagement and brand exposure

Required

Proven experience as a producer or creative lead in the digital media or entertainment industry
In-depth understanding of mobile content consumption trends and platforms, particularly in short-form video

Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Passion for storytelling with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
Familiarity with industry-standard production tools and software

Preferred

Master's degree in filmmaking, media production, or related field preferred
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus
