Responsibilities
Serve as a key leader within the PDL program team, taking ownership of specific project streams and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope
Apply extensive Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies, analyze processes, and implement data-driven improvements across manufacturing operations
Directly engage with shop floor teams to implement changes, provide training, and ensure new processes and digital tools are effectively adopted. This is not a purely advisory role; "rolling up your sleeves " is essential
Drive effective change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and broad acceptance of new processes and technologies across all levels of the organization
Comfortably interact with and communicate project status, challenges, and successes to all levels of the organization, from shop floor associates to senior leadership
Utilize strong analytical skills to gather data, measure performance, and track the impact of transformation efforts
Qualification
Required
Extensive Lean Six Sigma Experience: Demonstrated expertise in Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies
Project & Program Leadership: Strong experience in leading and managing complex projects or programs, ideally within a manufacturing or operational context
Manufacturing Acumen: Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and the challenges associated with shop floor environments
Change Management Expertise: Proven ability to navigate organizational change and drive adoption of new ways of working
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making
Action-Oriented: A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a strong bias for action and delivering results directly on the shop floor
High school diploma
