Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Communities
Write high-quality, efficient, and reusable code using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
Architect and implement Salesforce integrations with internal and external systems via APIs and web services
Drive adherence to Salesforce security, coding, and deployment best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and QA
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, ensuring consistent quality and delivery standards
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading Salesforce development and implementation projects
Strong hands-on expertise with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), controllers, triggers, and batch processes
Proficiency in Salesforce API integrations and web service development
Deep understanding of Sales Cloud and Communities architecture and functionality
Solid knowledge of Salesforce best practices, including security, coding standards, and deployment methodologies
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery environments
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification required
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
Preferred
Experience developing reusable UI components using Lightning Component Framework (Aura/LWC)
Exposure to global delivery models and collaboration with distributed teams
Strong mentoring skills to guide and upskill junior developers
Demonstrated ability to work in multi-stakeholder, fast-paced environments
