Responsibilities
The Pega Developer will support a team implementing multiple workflow products across a large customer portfolio
This role requires close collaboration with system engineers, DevOps teams, and UI/UX specialists to ensure workflows are compliant, efficient, and scalable within a large-scale enterprise application environment
Qualification
Required
Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience designing and developing workflows on the Pega Platform
Ability to collaborate with system, software, and UI/UX engineers to design and deploy solutions
Experience ensuring compliance with security, accessibility, and performance requirements
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in cross-functional teams
Preferred
Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or higher
Experience with DevOps integration for Pega workflows
Familiarity with enterprise-scale applications and environments
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices
