Simera is seeking a Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top talent that aligns with the company's technical and cultural values. The role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and tracking hiring metrics.

Responsibilities
Identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet staffing needs
Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, recruitment agencies, industry events, and employee referrals
Screening applications, conducting initial assessments, and managing interview processes to evaluate skills, experience, and fit
Working closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and establish selection criteria
Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
Coordinating interviews, providing feedback to candidates, ensuring timely communication, and guiding both candidates and hiring teams through each stage of the process
Tracking and analyzing hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness to refine strategies and improve recruitment efficiency
Staying informed about labor market trends, competitive compensation data, and evolving recruitment technologies
