Required

Strong background in UX research, service design, or digital communications

Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, engaging narratives

Familiarity with AI tools and their application in enterprise environments

Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams

Proven track record in using Mural or similar tools for journey mapping and service design

Ability to use journey artifacts to communicate current-state experiences and co-create future-state processes with DWP and service owners

Ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies

Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
