Simera is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers for the company’s products or services. The SDR will be responsible for creating a strong pipeline of opportunities, researching target markets, and qualifying leads to ensure account executives can engage effectively with prospects.

Identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers for the company’s products or services
Creating a strong pipeline of opportunities that fuels the success of the sales team
Researching and segmenting target markets
Identifying decision-makers within organizations
Using multiple outreach channels to connect with prospects
Qualifying leads based on specific criteria
Scheduling discovery calls, product demos, or meetings
Documenting all interactions in the company’s CRM system
Providing feedback on campaign performance and prospect insights to improve lead generation efforts
