State Crisis Intervention Program Specialist (Program Analyst 2)

NEOGOV is seeking a State Crisis Intervention Program Specialist to join the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency. This role focuses on enhancing crisis response within law enforcement and the criminal justice system by providing professional support and analysis for programs addressing substance use and behavioral health challenges.

Responsibilities

Providing professional support and analysis for programs aimed at tackling substance use, drug overdoses, and co-occurring disorders
Leading the preparation, dissemination, and management of funding announcements related to critical issues, particularly those initiatives funded by federal State Opioid Response (SOR) dollars

Required

One year as a Program Analyst 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
Two years of analytical experience, one of which includes professional experience in program evaluation and the development of program recommendations, and a bachelor's degree; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
You must pass a background investigation
