Responsibilities
Daily operations and maintenance of applications, databases, and middleware, as well as troubleshooting and answering customer inquiries
Collaborating with R&D to develop critical support plans based on customer business requirements during peak periods, including preparation during the standby period, on-duty support during critical periods, and post-standby review
Qualification
Required
Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or related field
Strong understanding of cloud computing services and architecture
Ability to ensure stability of production environments and enterprise-grade cloud data reliability
Experience with incident management and emergency response
Knowledge of stability standards and metrics development
Experience in collaborating with R&D teams
Ability to perform daily operations and maintenance of applications, databases, and middleware
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to answer customer inquiries
Experience in developing critical support plans based on customer business requirements
Ability to work under pressure during peak periods
On-call responsibilities and ability to respond to customer issues within SLA timeframes
