Responsibilities
Remotely support hardware installation, device bring-up, rack stacking, IP configuration, and diagnostics
Perform remote triage and troubleshooting of system issues
Coordinate with facilities teams for power and liquid cooling (no direct facilities work)
Support prototype systems and data center operations
Ensure continuity in crew leadership and effective knowledge transfer
Provide scalable support for urgent and weekend tasks as required
Qualification
Required
Experience in data center operations
Experience in prototype hardware environments
Experience in liquid cooling systems
Strong skills in remote diagnostics and troubleshooting
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Flexibility to support weekend and short-notice tasks
Familiarity with operational standards and protocols
