Mid LevelScalence L.L.C. is seeking a professional with expertise in Veeva Vault Safety L3 Support. The candidate will be responsible for providing support and troubleshooting for Veeva Vault Safety, requiring experience and certification in Veeva Vault, preferably Veeva Vault Safety.

Responsibilities
Provide system administrator support and production support (L1, L2, L3) for Veeva Vault Applications as per company-defined SLA
Have a strong understanding of ServiceNow processes, including Incidents, Problem Tickets, Change Management, and Service Requests
Possess a good understanding of Life Science industry processes
Have knowledge of GxP systems and documentation
Be skilled in user account creation and modification processes
Have experience with custom reports, dashboards, and Object data
Qualification

expertise in Veeva Vault Safety L3 Support
experience and certification in Veeva Vault
