They are seeking a Justice Administrator to utilize DCJS and portal systems for managing criminal history information, assist with administrative tasks, and provide customer service support.

Responsibilities
Utilize DCJS and portal system to print criminal history rap sheets for new applicants and assign to investigators
Accurately enter criminal history information into TEACH for investigator review
Correspond with NYC DOE regarding arrest information for applicants
Accurately transfer/request information from internal/external customers
Work on weekly reports for fingerprint clearances
Pull folders and assign cases to investigators in TEACH system
Assist with and perform other administrative tasks as necessary for in-taking data and addressing higher level customer service matters involving email, mail and other incoming/outgoing correspondence
Answer the OSPRA customer service line as needed
Utilize MS Outlook, MS Word, Adobe
Qualification
Required
