Identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet an organization’s staffing needs
Proactively sourcing candidates through a variety of channels
Screening applications
Conducting initial assessments
Managing interview processes to evaluate skills, experience, and fit
Working closely with hiring managers to define job requirements
Crafting compelling job descriptions
Establishing selection criteria that lead to strong matches
Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
Coordinating interviews
Providing feedback to candidates
Ensuring timely communication
Guiding both candidates and hiring teams through each stage of the process
Tracking and analyzing hiring metrics
Staying informed about labor market trends, competitive compensation data, and evolving recruitment technologies
