Responsibilities
Lead advanced sourcing strategies to build pipelines for senior and executive-level roles
Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand hiring needs and deliver high-impact candidates
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Proven experience in sourcing senior or executive-level talent
Strong communication skills and ability to influence at senior levels
Expertise with sourcing tools, platforms, and best practices
Strategic mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with sourcing tools such as Workday and Eightfold
Previous experience working with or recruiting/sourcing for big tech companies or financial clients
Preferred
Experience in data-driven approaches to identify and engage passive candidates
Ability to manage and track candidate progress to ensure a smooth hiring process
