Brand Representative
Merchant Row is a boutique sales agency based in Philadelphia, seeking a Brand Representative to join their growing team. In this role, you will represent a flagship client in B2B environments, engaging with business owners and decision-makers to communicate solutions that support their operations and growth.
Responsibilities
Representing the brand in business-to-business settings, acting as a trusted point of contact
Engaging with small and mid-sized businesses through consultative, in-person conversations
Communicating the client’s products, services, and value proposition clearly to business audiences
Supporting new B2B relationships by guiding clients through onboarding, setup, and demonstrations
Delivering tailored presentations that show how technology and connectivity solutions meet business needs
Maintaining a strong, professional brand presence across all interactions
Gathering insights from business conversations and sharing feedback to support campaign development and client relationships
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
A consultative mindset with the ability to listen and respond to business needs
The ability to explain products or services clearly and professionally
Organisation, reliability, and a proactive approach to your work
Preferred
Experience in B2B sales, brand representation, customer-facing roles, or account support
Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish
