Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace environments (Managed or SaaS)
Deploy and manage Dynatrace agents
Manage ActiveGates
Ensure Dynatrace infrastructure stability and performance
Upgrade Dynatrace software as needed
Monitor application performance metrics and identify potential issues
Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and resolve issues
Provide recommendations for performance optimization
Work closely with development, operations, and other teams to understand application performance needs
Provide guidance and training on Dynatrace best practices
Document application workflows and Dynatrace configurations
Analyze Dynatrace data to identify trends and patterns
Create dashboards, custom views, metrics, and alerts
Generate reports on application performance and identify areas for improvement
Migrate Dynatrace environments (e.g., from Managed to SaaS)
Integrate Dynatrace with third-party tools
Champion APM and event monitoring solutions and processes
Qualification
Required
