Managing all aspects of the escrow process, including handling property closings, preparing necessary documents, and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies
Serving as a key liaison between buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders
Providing outstanding customer service and maintaining timely communication to ensure smooth transactions
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Closings and Escrow processes
Experience as a Notary and knowledge of notarial procedures
Strong understanding of Residential Real Estate transactions and related documentation
Excellent Customer Service skills to provide a positive client experience
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Prior experience in the title or real estate industry is a plus
Additional certification in a related field is an advantage
