AV support technician
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking enthusiastic individuals for an exciting opportunity in audio-visual support. This role involves providing exceptional support for video conferencing and event services, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring maximum uptime for video conferencing environments.

Responsibilities
Possess a working knowledge of video infrastructure and endpoint equipment such as Cisco CUCM, Cisco TMS, Cisco Expressways, Poly DMA, and Zoom video conferencing
Troubleshoot and resolve video conferencing and event service incidents, including hardware and software issues
Process service requests within the Video and Event Services area efficiently
Experience with industry-standard meeting platforms like Zoom Meetings, Teams Meetings, and Cisco WebEx
Schedule, set up, and disconnect video conferences for various meetings
Collaborate with third-party vendors to troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
Adhere to SLAs and ensure maximum uptime for video conferencing environments and event services
Conduct equipment audits, including those in executive spaces
Qualification
Required
