Assistant Warehouse Manager

Home Oil Company is a family-owned business rooted in faith, integrity, and service. They are currently seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to support their growing lubricant operations and ensure products are delivered safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
Verify products are staged correctly for customer orders and delivery routing
Assist in inventory cycle counts, reconciliation, and tracking accuracy
Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs
Help train, coach, and support warehouse team members
Provide directions during day-to-day workflow and assist with scheduling coverage
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse environment
Uphold proper equipment and material handling procedures
Communicate operational needs to the Lubricant Manager and internal partners
Consistently demonstrate and uphold Home Oil’s Core Values

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or related field
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong work ethic and reliability

Preferred

Experience in handling inventory and logistics
Forklift certification
Leadership experience
