Responsibilities
Scoped Platforms: Jamf, Intune MDM, Apple Business Manager, Managed Google Play, macOS, iOS, Android
Subject Matter Expert for all scoped platforms
Provide industry best practices, roadmap, transformational initiatives for all scoped platforms
Liaison with various IT domains such as security, network, data, and AI as required
Manage and maintain Jamf MDM production and testing environments
Manage and maintain Apple Business Manager
Manage and maintain Intune/Entra connectors for Jamf/Apple device management
Support the macOS, iOS, and Android management stacks
Manage vendor relationships for all scoped platforms for support and solutioning
Define support structure and SOP for all scoped platforms
Create and maintain configuration profiles, scripts, and automations for all scoped platforms
Oversee support of Android environment through direct reports
Lead support teams for all scoped platforms
Application packaging and deployment for macOS and iOS
Set hardware standards for macOS and iOS
Provide L2/L3 support for all scoped platforms
Manage security rights for all scoped platforms
Manage deployment of MDM enrolled macOS, iOS, and Android devices
Handle incidents, service requests and directing completion of necessary changes related to all scope platforms
Qualification
