Administrative Debt Collector
ICONMA is a Financial Solutions company seeking an Administrative Debt Collector for their Wayne, PA location. The role involves performing various administrative tasks related to debt collection, including pulling and sending invoices, updating contact information, and ensuring proper administrative assignments.
Staffing & Recruiting
Responsibilities
Pull and send invoice copies- (3 or more)
Ad hoc Invoices
Pull and send contract copies
Submit credit memos. - Late/fin charges multiple pieces multiple months
Updating contact information
Salesforce Reassignments
Post dated R12 payments- daily
Notice to AM for end of lease- as needed
Scrub Admin assignment at beginning of month- confirm is Admin
Scrub Admin for C2- confirm
Any other duties as determined by Management
The contractor provides notices to Account Managers regarding end-of-lease matters as required and ensures at the beginning of each month that administrative assignments are properly scrubbed and confirmed
Qualification
Required
Use of multiple systems to Complete administrative tasks
Able to work in a very fast-paced environment and adapt to situations
Quality-driven and results-oriented
Ability to use and navigate Microsoft products is a plus
