Responsibilities

Support management and employees in maintaining compliance with OSHA, CAL/OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations

Develop and implement Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures

Lead or assist in incident investigations and root cause analyses

Conduct workplace inspections and recommend corrective actions

Coordinate and deliver safety and environmental training, including new hire orientations

Participate as a Safety Committee leader, fostering engagement and accountability

Manage EHS documentation, including training records, incident reports, and compliance data

Support environmental compliance programs — stormwater, air, wastewater, and hazardous waste

Assist with SPCC and SWPPP development and implementation

Schedule and manage hazardous waste disposal and reporting activities

Required

4+ years of EHS experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment

Associate's OR Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Must have STRONG experience with environmental regulations!

Strong working knowledge of OSHA, CAL/OSHA

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Willingness to obtain or maintain certifications including OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, RCRA, and California Title 22
