Ability to build, maintain, and track detailed project schedules using MS Project/Primavera
Monitors budgets, forecasts costs, and tracks financial performance across project phases
Prepares status reports, dashboards, and maintains accurate project logs and documentation
Identifies schedule or cost variances early and supports mitigation through structured governance
Collaborates with engineering, PMO, finance, and customer teams to ensure aligned project progress
Qualification
Required
Minimum years of experience required: 5-10 Years
Education Qualification required: BE
Power Sector experience is MUST!
Project Scheduling: Ability to build, maintain, and track detailed project schedules using MS Project/Primavera
Financial & Cost Control: Monitors budgets, forecasts costs, and tracks financial performance across project phases
Project Reporting & Documentation: Prepares status reports, dashboards, and maintains accurate project logs and documentation
Risk & Governance Management: Identifies schedule or cost variances early and supports mitigation through structured governance
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborates with engineering, PMO, finance, and customer teams to ensure aligned project progress
Strong analytical capabilities
Attention to detail
Solid understanding of project controls within utility or grid technology environments
Preferred
Education: Bachelor's or Master of Engineering
