Client Services Analyst - Non Exempt
TTI of USA is part of the Wealth Division, and they are seeking a Client Services Analyst to support client-facing staff with various administrative functions related to cash disbursements. The role involves executing cash movement activities, ensuring compliance, and fostering partnerships with clients.

Responsibilities
Executes activities associated with facilitating cash movement for Wealth Management clients on IM and banking platforms
Review documentation to ensure compliance with risk and compliance procedures
Enter transactional details to facilitate cash movement
Outgoing cash movement includes, foreign and domestic wires, ACH, checks and internal transfers
Foster strong partnership with client facing staff nationwide
Data entry and review of sensitive client information across multiple systems and processes
Various project support tasks
Qualification
Required
Candidate must be highly organized
Able to prioritize a large account load in a fast paced environment
Strong attention to detail with ability to process critical data accurately and timely
Successful candidate will be self driven and ambitious to learn
Excellent client service skills using both written and oral communication
Experienced user of Microsoft Office products
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a sense of urgency
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Preferred
Previous experience/familiarity with cash disbursements or investment accounts is a plus, but not required
