Confidential company is seeking a Director of Operations Assistant to assist with various logistics and operational tasks. The role includes responsibilities such as packing and delivery of wine, inventory management, and maintaining warehouse organization.

Responsibilities

Assist with packing and delivery of wine

Running errands

Collaborates and communicates with others involved in the shipment and receipt of products about information related to the shipment

Tracks, traces, and updates the status of shipments

Maintain accurate inventory of wine

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization

Complete all aspects of a distribution order from packing to paperwork

Other duties as assigned

Required

Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs

Must be Forklift certified

Attention to detail is a must

Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges

Good written and verbal communication skills

Strong sense of time organization and urgency

Able to work independently and within a team

Be able to complete tasks promptly

Valid driver's license and a reliable car

High school diploma or higher

Preferred

Relevant industry experience in logistics operations; a plus

Shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory management, and import/export operations experience; a plus

Experience processing shipments using UPS and FedEx software; a plus

Basic proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides; is a plus

Ability to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
