Responsibilities
Review and assess personal injury case statuses across the case lifecycle
Analyze liability, damages, and litigation posture
Review and interpret medical records and billing
Advise and assist firm attorneys on trial-first strategy and case positioning
Evaluate liability, damages, and evidentiary strength with a trial lens
Provide strategic guidance on settlement versus trial
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to improve case outcomes
Qualification
Required
Active California Bar license (required)
Minimum 3 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience
Demonstrated trial-first litigation mindset
Significant experience with moderate- to high-value injury cases
Strong ability to analyze medical records, damages, and causation
Trial preparation experience required (first-chair or second-chair experience preferred)
Excellent judgment, communication, and strategic thinking skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
