The role involves providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism in various settings, with comprehensive training and support provided.

Responsibilities
Work directly with children to implement individualized treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and record accurate data from each session
Collaborate with supervisors and participate in paid ongoing training
Maintain client confidentiality while following HIPAA and ethical standards
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience working with children (paid or volunteer)
Preferred
Interest in psychology, education, or human development
CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel
