Responsibilities
Define and take responsibility for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Adobe's AI Thought Leadership Portal, guaranteeing a seamless delivery from concept to optimization
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of flagship research initiatives, including quarterly user surveys and the Annual AI Index
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Content teams to build and refine thought leadership products
Architect and coordinate the entire content production pipeline, from ideation to publication
Develop and manage a content strategy that aligns with industry trends and developments
Establish and maintain a publishing calendar to ensure timely and relevant content
Track success metrics and align them with broader business goals
Coordinate with internal collaborators in Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, Legal, and Research
Use AI-assisted development tools for rapid prototyping and workflow automation
Continuously refine content strategies based on community feedback and engagement data
Qualification
Required
BA/BS Degree preferred OR 8+ years of program or product management experience OR equivalent practical experience
8+ years of program or product management experience, with at least 3 years leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
Be known for your ability to successfully implement and complete projects
Think systematically to build scalable processes and anticipate downstream effects
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical collaborators
Use data to define and measure success, avoiding reliance on intuition alone
Demonstrate proficiency in AI-assisted coding tools for prototyping and workflow automation
Stay informed about AI developments and actively participate in AI communities
