Responsibilities

Develop and execute the North American sales strategy, aligned with Think ABM’s global goals and unique value proposition
Build a scalable sales plan that includes new business acquisition, account expansion, and long-term client retention
Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics and customer needs to refine positioning, segments and messaging
Recruit, train and lead a high-performing U.S./North America sales team
“Animate” the team: create energy, ownership, accountability and a culture of ambition, collaboration and results
Define sales processes, playbooks and metrics that drive performance, with regular coaching and development
Work closely with VP Sales EMEA & APAC, Marketing, Client & Campaign Success teams to ensure go-to-market alignment, consistent messaging and pipeline support
Partner with Client Success to ensure client requirements are understood, handed-off smoothly and executed to our standards - ensuring the sales promise is delivered
Represent Think ABM externally – at conferences, industry events, with partners and in client engagements to build brand presence and credibility
Own regional revenue targets, pipeline health, conversion metrics, sales cycle time and selling cost
Provide regular forecasting and senior leadership reporting on performance, insights and strategic adjustments
Establish and enforce sales KPIs, budget management and resource allocation for the region

Required

8+ years of sales leadership in B2B marketing, martech or agency environments, with ABM, demand generation and display advertising experience
Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams and achieving region-wide revenue targets
Excellent leadership and people-management skills; strong at developing talent and driving culture
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability; comfortable in both boardroom and field
Strong communication and relationship skills with C-level stakeholders and proven ability to sell integrated solutions
Data-driven mindset with experience using Hubspot, sales analytics and forecasting
