Responsibilities
Provide excellent service to members in a fast-paced call center
Solve problems, answer questions, and process transactions
Be a friendly, confident voice for the Michigan First brand
Take loan applications and follow through on member needs
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED required
Outgoing, personable individuals who love helping people
Previous customer service or retail experience
Strong computer and multitasking skills
Preferred
Call center or financial institution experience is a plus
