Responsibilities
Conduct vehicle inspections and take photographs on dealer lots to document vehicle condition
Assign vehicle ratings and report any damage or discrepancies
Assist with vehicle recovery, condition reports, and occasional title delivery
Support Account Managers and the branch team with field collections
Identify and report suspicious or unusual dealer activity
Build and maintain strong dealer relationships in your assigned territory
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Basic knowledge of vehicle parts and systems
Strong self-motivation and initiative
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Organized, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented and dependable
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable driving for long periods
Willingness to work in various weather conditions
Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle report
We also conduct pre-employment drug testing
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
