Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure LabWare LIMS workflows, templates, and functionalities
Implement custom scripts end extensions using LabWare scripting language (LIMS Basic)
Integrate LIMS with instruments, enterprise systems (ERP, ELN), and external applications
Perform system upgrades, patches, and validation activities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to LIMS configuration and performance
Collaborate with OA, IT, and laboratory teams to ensure compliance with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and other regulatory standards
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides
Provide training to end-users and stakeholders
