RESEARCH FELLOW
The University of Michigan is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Radiation Oncology to explore the tumor microenvironment, cancer stem cells, metabolism, and experimental therapeutics in liver cancer. The role involves leading an interdisciplinary project within a diverse team of researchers and fostering a collaborative working culture.

Responsibilities
You will stand at the forefront of translational research in liver cancer
You will lead your own interdisciplinary project within a diverse team of experimental and computational biologists
You will have a shared responsibility for fostering a positive, collaborative working culture within our group
Qualification
Required
Ph.D. in the biomedical sciences, or related discipline
Independent work ethic and readiness to work at the interface of disciplines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience in molecular and cell biology
Experience in Crispr/Cas9 gene editing
Experience in mouse modeling in cancer
Experience in flow cytometry
Experience in bioinformatics
