Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Civil Engineering principles, municipal infrastructure design, and project management

Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to public works and construction
Effective communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities
Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) is required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required
Preferred
Previous experience in public sector engineering or municipal projects is highly desirable
