Use expertise in pet products, grooming services, and pet care to suggest relevant items and services
Help customers select food, toys, accessories, and grooming packages based on their pet’s specific needs
Actively promote store products and services, including seasonal items, current store promotions, re-booking and exclusive special offers
Upsell higher-margin products and encourage clients to try new or related services, as well as bulk appointments and re-booking next appointment while in store
Develop strong, lasting relationships with customers by remembering preferences, offering tailored recommendations, and following up on previous purchases
Create a loyal customer base through personalized service and follow-through
Qualification
