General Manager – Sales & Business Development (Hydraulic Components)
Giebel Group is an internationally active company specializing in industrial filtration and hydraulic solutions. They are seeking a highly driven sales leader to build and establish their U.S. organization, focusing on market entry, sales execution, and team leadership.

Responsibilities
Actively develop the U.S. market with a strong focus on hands-on sales, including cold calling, customer visits, and extensive travel
Build and maintain B2B relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end-users
Identify new business opportunities, applications, and market segments
Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Provide technical consulting and support customers in selecting and integrating our hydraulic components
Gradually build, structure, and lead a U.S. sales team
Develop and execute sustainable sales strategies and processes
Take full budget, revenue, and P&L responsibility for the U.S. market
Report directly to senior management and work closely with headquarters
Actively shape the long-term market and organizational strategy in the U.S
Qualification
Required
Proven sales experience in hydraulic components, fluid power, or comparable technical products
Strong technical understanding of hydraulic systems and industrial applications
Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with the ability to build structures from scratch
Leadership skills with the ambition to grow into a senior management role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Based in the U.S. or willing to relocate
High willingness to travel, especially during the market-entry phase
